OLMA brings two decades of experience crafting the stories of small businesses

 

OLMA is a creative agency founded by Olivia Maki, specializing in marketing and communications support for food, farm, and beverage businesses.

Current and past clients include Philo Ridge Farm, Hana Ranch, Kitchen Table Advisors, Real Food Real Stories, Bio-Logical Capital, Redfield Cider Bar & Bottle Shop, the American Cider Association, Sea Salt Maui Food Truck, Black Bird Bookstore and Cafe, Bay Area Cider Week, Horse & Herd, and Food Alliance.

Prior to founding OLMA, Olivia worked on regenerative farms in California and Vermont, led educational food programming in San Francisco, and held front- and back-of-house roles in kitchens, restaurants, and bars. She was a founding co-chair of the Good Food Awards’ Cider Category, and her writing has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle, the James Beard Award–winning publication Civil Eats, and the cider industry magazine Malus. Her work and perspective have also been featured by Whetstone Media, Eater, Heritage Radio Network, ABC, NBC, and other national media outlets.
